What's Cooking?

The restaurant at the Savage River Lodge is a popular destination for guests as well as the public. We bring creativity and a passion for great food to your table.

Our style is New American Classics, and our menu features dressed-up comfort food...all in a casual setting. Our dishes are freshly prepared, delectably seasoned, and often cooked in our wood-fired brick oven.

Here at the Lodge, great food and great wine are very personal passions. Please join us and see for yourself what thousands of guests, Conde Nast Johansens, Wine Spectator magazine, Southern Living magazine, the Washington Post and Fodor's travel guides have already discovered.

It's a unique atmosphere...peaceful, relaxing, inviting. Add excellent food, an award-winning wine list, and the Lodge's extraordinary hospitality...and you'll be back again and again.

Reservations are required for dinner and recommended for lunch. You may inquire about reservations by calling 301-689-3200 or e-mail dining@savageriverlodge.com
