Get a one night stay, Sunday through Thursday, in a queen Standard cabin, a $100 gift certifcate to our restaurant and a complimentary bottle of house wine for your celebratory dinner for just $300, before taxes and gratuity. Wine Lovers Package

This package includes a wicker wine basket filled with; 1 bottle of wine (call for selection), two Savage River Lodge etched wine glasses, one custom imprinted Savage River Lodge wine opener, one "Wine Teasers" wine game and one bag of gourmet wine crackers

Art & Nature Package (March - November)

This package for two; will allow you to enjoy the most widely acclaimed works of Architecture by Frank Lloyd Wright. We will arrange your tours of Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob and send you off with two gourmet packed lunches to enjoy on the beautiful Bear Run Nature Reserve near Fallingwater.

50/40/30 Adventure Bike Package (March - November)

This is the bike trip you have been looking for – the one that is already planned!

In just three days you will bike from Boston, PA to Cumberland, MD covering a total of 120 miles of the Great Allegany Passage bike trail.

This package includes a biker’s breakfast, shuttle service, packed lunches and all of the tips for great things to see along the way that you can write down. The best part is all you have to do is get to the Lodge and we will take over from there.

$395.00 for two (lodging not included). Each additional person $175.

We do require a 50% deposit when booking this package.

Half the Gap Expedition for Two (March - November)

Great for Spring, Summer or Fall for only $230 (lodging not included)
Shuttle service to and from the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail. 75 miles of biking in 2 days from Ohiopyle, PA to Cumberland, MD; 2 packed lunches each day, 2 souvenir water bottles.

Cheese & Wine Package

FireFly Farms cheese and wine

Relax and unwin(e)d - this popular package features a gourmet cheese and wine tasting at FireFly Farms in Accident, Md. featuring four artisan cheeses and complementing wines and two SRL wine glasses with a SRL wine key. The tastings are Monday through Saturday at either 1:00 or 4:00 p.m. and the package price is $175 per couple.

Enjoy a Carefree Getaway!

Our Carefree Getaway Package makes a stay at the Lodge easier than ever! It includes:

a bottle of house wine and a cheese tray
a Dining Gift Certificate in the amount of $100
a $25 Gift Certificate from the Savage River Trading Company

The Carefree Getaway is available for $170.

As always there is an additional fee for pets, other adult guests, and children over 2. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The Celebration Package

Is there a birthday or anniversary on your calendar? Are you looking for a special place for a special milestone? Try a “Celebration” package: two one-hour in-cabin massages, special Lodge robes for your use while you’re here and a half bottle of Moet and Chandon Imperial Brut Champagne. At a price of $245 (lodging not included) what a way to celebrate! If you wish, we can arrange for flowers in your room upon arrival, cheese and fruit plates, snack baskets and some special touches that mean something special to you or your spouse/family (additional charges apply, see Special Orders).
We require at least 48 hours notification to cancel massages. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the full charge being applied.

The Elopement Package

So you've decided on a romantic ceremony for just the two of you... what better place than the Savage River Lodge! We'd love to host your romantic wedding and our package has all of the special details, so you don't have to worry about a thing on the happiest day of your life. For $500 (lodging not included) we provide a breathtaking venue for your marriage ceremony, the arranging of the officiant and the ceremony itself. We'll arrange for a beautiful bouquet for the bride and matching boutonniere for the groom. Afterwards, you can enjoy private dining or in cabin dining including a matching table centerpiece, one gift certificate for $100 towards our restaurant and a petit wedding cake. End the perfect night with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of Gruet to celebrate. After your romantic day (and night!) are over, we'll give you a CD with photos we took of the special day as a remembrance of your fairytale wedding. We do have an onsite officiant to perform civil ceremonies and have access to a Christian minister.

*Garrett County Maryland, where the Lodge is located, requires that marriage licenses be issued in Garrett County. They have a 48-hour waiting period. Anyone 25 years of age or younger must have a birth certificate and driver's liscense as proof of age. If previously divorced, you will need your divorce document. Each liscense is good for six months and has a $40 fee, which can be paid in cash only. To contact Garrett County Clerk of the Circuit Court in Oakland, Md. call 301-334-1937

The Mountainside Scenic Train Package

All aboard one of the biggest attractions in Western Maryland! Beginning in May and running each year from March to December, the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad will take you through some of the most beautiful scenery this side of the East Coast has to offer. For $51 per person, we provide a ticket for a Standard Excursion, traveling for 3.5 hours from Cumberland to Frostburg, and back. You'll also get a delicious packed lunch in one of our souvenir lunch totes and a coupon to stop for an ice cream at the famous Queen City Creamery on the way back.
