The Savage River Lodge offers private dining space and use of our Lodge and facilities for a variety of occasions and for any size group. With the assistance of our professional staff we will guide you through your event with ease.

Here at the Lodge, great food and great wine are very personal passions. Please join us and see for yourself what thousands of guests, Condé Nast Johansens, Wine Spectator magazine, Southern Living magazine, the Washington Post and Fodor's travel guides have already discovered.

Our Meeting and Event Planners work closely with you and our Executive Chef to assist you with your menu selections taking into consideration any theme or special dish you wish to offer. We know that a special event is to be cherished and that planning is critical, we walk with you every step of the way during preparation in order to execute your event as you had imagined it.

We have successfully planned and executed events such as a private, weekend wedding with a guest list of one-hundred, a family reunion quoted to be the “MOTHER of all weekends!!!” to a surprise 60th Birthday party for 30 all, close friends and family.

Surprise Birthday Party 2007

I just wanted to let you know that I am so thrilled with the way the party came off. The staff and you could not have been nicer and easier to work with. The service throughout the party was courteous, prompt and the food was delicious. My husband said he could not have imagined a better birthday present to be surrounded by his best friends and family at such a beautiful venue.
