Our restaurant — Catalpa at Savage River Lodge — is open for room delivery and limited in-house reservations on our covered decks, seating on the half hour between 5PM and 8PM (Mondays and Tuesdays until 7:30PM). Room service orders are delivered directly to your front porch — instead of being served in cardboard containers, your meal will be served on china as if you were dining in the restaurant. Reservations are essential. This menu is subject to change. Room service reservations are limited to 5:00, 5:30, and 8:00pm Wednesday to Sunday; 5:00 and 5:30pm Monday and Tuesday.

On Tuesday, August 17 Catalpa will be hosting the Allegany County Habitat for Humanity annual BBQ fundraiser. Our usual menu will not be available that night, but guests are welcome to attend and help support this great cause!

For a light way to start the day, by approximately 8:30am a basket will arrive to your front step with a house-made muffin and orange juice per person. If you prefer a fuller breakfast, additional items are available each day of the week. Your dog isn't forgotten either with a Bodhi Biscuit to get ready for running on the trails!  Individually packaged coffees and teas are provided in your room, with a coffeemaker, French press, and electric kettle to prepare.

The Cornucopia Café

Our sister restaurant in Grantsville, The Cornucopia Café, is open for dine-in or carry-out. A bistro menu of classic light fare is offered, with an additional brunch menu Friday to Sunday. They are a scenic 20 minute drive from SRL, with limited capacity indoor and outdoor dining. Some areas of the deck are covered in case of inclement weather, and there is pet-friendly dining available, too. You can also take your to-go order down to the picnic tables along the Casselman Riverwalk or just down the street to Casselman River Bridge State Park.

Included amenities
Each cabin and yurt is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker or French press, and electric kettle. Individually packaged coffee and teas are provided. Please note accommodations do not offer individual microwaves, but a community microwave station is located at the main Lodge and is available 24/7. Private grills or fires are not permitted.
